EPIC independently develops and produces two mainstream types of products to meet different production environments. One adopts optimized trumpet-shaped discharging structure and built-in spiral auxiliary device. It is perfectly suitable for wet ore pulp grinding work without extra dust removal equipment, which effectively simplifies the whole production flow. The other one is equipped with standard air suction and dust removal system and straight-line discharging structure, which can effectively isolate external moisture and keep processed materials in stable physical state.

This series of Rod Mill adopts high-hardness steel rods as grinding medium, realizing line contact grinding mode. It can effectively control finished material particle size within the adjustable range and greatly lower the over-grinding rate. For brittle minerals that are easy to be excessively ground, choosing EPIC product can accurately control grinding fineness, effectively avoid material waste and improve comprehensive utilization rate of raw ores.

Customers can select matched models of Rod Mill according to daily processing volume. Small and medium-sized mineral processing plants can choose compact small-size models, while large-scale centralized mineral processing production lines can select large-capacity heavy-duty one equipment.

In actual beneficiation process layout, this product is mostly applied to coarse grinding procedures and pre-grinding procedures before ball mill operation.
