Working Principle

The Impact Crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. Driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. Materials enter the rotor’s plate hammer area, collide with the hammers, and are crushed. Crushed materials then hit the impact device, rebound, and undergo secondary crushing. This cycle continues through successive chambers until material reaches the desired particle size and exits the discharge port.
