Product Description

Self-Aspirated Mechanical Flotation Cells For Coarse Granule is a self-aspirated mechanical stirring flotation equipment independently developed and produced by EPIC. It is divided into pulp suction tank and non-pulp suction tank with effective volume ranging from 0.15m³ to 24m³. Optimized and upgraded on the basis of SF type and JJF type flotation machines, it is classified into Type I and Type II. Type I is pulp suction tank and Type II is straight flow tank, collectively known as BF type flotation cell in the industry. It can perfectly meet the continuous production demands of large, medium and small mineral processing plants.

Application Scope

EPIC Self-Aspirated Mechanical Flotation Cells For Coarse Granule boasts strong mineral adaptability and can meet mineral processing demands in multiple fields.

l Non-ferrous metal separation: Gold, silver, copper, iron, tungsten, lead, zinc, tin, molybdenum, nickel, tantalum, niobium, manganese and other mineral resources

l Ferrous metal separation: Roughing and cleaning operations of various ferrous metal ores

l Non-metallic mineral separation: Coal, fluorite, talc and other common non-metallic mineral processing

Core Advantages & Features

With mature structural design, EPIC Self-Aspirated Mechanical Flotation Cells For Coarse Granule shows outstanding performance in coarse granule mineral separation scenarios.

l Large air intake and low energy consumptionThe optimized stirring and air intake structure ensures sufficient air supply while lowering overall power consumption, perfectly matching the energy-saving production demands of modern mines.

l Integrated multi-function in single tankOne single unit can complete air absorption, pulp suction and flotation simultaneously, forming an independent flotation loop. No additional auxiliary equipment or horizontal supporting devices are required, making technological flow adjustment more flexible and site layout more compact.

l Effectively reduce coarse sand sedimentationThe reasonable internal pulp circulation design keeps coarse granule minerals in a suspended state, minimizing coarse sand deposition at the tank bottom and improving the utilization rate of effective tank volume.

l Convenient pulp level adjustmentEquipped with automatic and electric control pulp level adjusting devices, it can be quickly adjusted according to pulp properties and technological requirements to maintain stable flotation working conditions.

Working Principle

l he core operation of EPIC Self-Aspirated Mechanical Flotation Cells For Coarse Granule relies on the high-speed rotation of the internal impeller to drive the whole flotation process.

l The upper and lower blades of the impeller stir the pulp and produce centrifugal force, pushing the pulp outward and forming stable negative pressure zones inside the upper and lower impeller cavities.

l The upper pulp flows into the upper impeller cavity via circulation holes to form upper pulp circulation; meanwhile, the bottom pulp supplements toward the center, creating a complete lower pulp circulation system.

l External air is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the air suction pipe and central pipe, then fully blended with pulp and flotation reagents to produce a large number of fine and uniform bubbles.

l The cover plate stabilizes the bubble flow, making bubbles evenly distributed inside the tank body and maintaining a stable flotation environment.

l Valuable mineral particles adhere to the fine bubbles to form mineralized froth, which floats up to the liquid surface and is scraped out by the scraper, finally finishing the complete mineral separation process.
